STERILIZATION

Polypropylene Infusion are also steam autoclaved at 121oC for 30 minutes under the pressure 10 Sq/Inch recorded by thermograph unlike other Polythene/PVC containers (which starts softening at 104 C only.)

THE CONTENTS & QUALITY CONTROL

High quality input raw material's tested by computerized equipments. Zero-defect sterile triple distilled pyrogen-free water solution from computerized "Multi Column" system, maintained at 80o C till filling and sealing, All prescribed tests performed religiously at every stage in house by highly qualified & experienced Scientists with the help of most sophisticated Morden equipment. Filling and sealing is done under aseptic conditions at 80o C, whereas Polyethylene containers are filled at room temperature 25o / 30o C being the built-in flaw of technology. Solution processed under Good Manufacturing Practices like tiltrations through 0.22 Micron Filters (German) USA made disposable membrane filters in bacteria free atmosphere maintained under pressure by Centrally Air Conditioning & Hepa filters thereby maintaining positive Air Pressure purity to 99.9%.
